Mundelle Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We accept returns only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we cannot process the return.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We accept returns only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we cannot process the return. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mundelle.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used for the purchase to help us process your request more efficiently.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. If the product is in good condition but the packaging is damaged (e.g., dented box), it is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage and email us at support@mundelle.com. We will assess if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered under this policy.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. If you experience shipping issues, please reach out directly to the courier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours. After this time, we are unable to make changes, and you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
