Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatching your order after it’s placed. Orders are considered dispatched once they are handed over to our shipping carrier and are in transit to your chosen delivery address. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times can vary based on your location. Please see the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence below:

🇺🇸 United States: 7-14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7-14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10-14 business days
🌍 International Orders: Varies (subject to customs delays)

Please note that during busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays, which are outside of our control. For international shipments, customs delays can sometimes occur, which could increase your overall delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in delays or order cancellations. If our system detects any issues with your address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please email us at support@mundelle.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee changes will be made after this time.

Delayed Delivery

Please note that Mundelle is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including courier issues, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we will keep you updated and provide assistance wherever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to our courier partners, it is no longer in our control. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@mundelle.com, and we will assist you in any way we can.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen items, which may require additional information. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to help resolve the situation.

Please note that Mundelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these are not covered under our refund policy. However, we will work with you to offer a replacement if appropriate. If the package is not found, we may request that you file a police report.
